I met this family last year shortly before Mr Y left for his deployment. Through the last six months or so, we’ve been able to stay in contact through Facebook, email, etc.  I know some of their friends through OpLove as well and photographed a recent homecoming for a first time dad also part of this squadron. So, this homecoming was extra exciting and special because I felt like I had been a part of their story from the beginning {at least of this deployment!} and I knew more than one family there. And Mr J made himself, and his family, famous by landing a spot on television.

Smash Cake Session {Saint Augustine Family and Children Photographer}

This sessions was really fun. Extended family plus celebrating the twins first birthdays made for a lot of laughing and great pictures! Little Miss B was not so excited about the pictures and little Mr A was not excited about the cake, but Miss B was very happy to have a treat after all the picture taking 🙂

After the Wedding Session – Disney Boardwalk {Orlando Couple Photographer}

I love when couples choose to have an After the Wedding Session as one of their menu items. I think it’s so fun and takes some pressure off their shoulders for timing everything on the actual wedding day. Plus, you spend a good amount of time, energy, and money picking out the prefect dress, you should get to wear it as much as you want 🙂

I especially love getting to check in with the couple after they’ve had some time to relax, absorb all the things that happened in a short period of time, and we get to shoot at such a fun location! Loved spending some time with my husband Disney Boardwalk before meeting with Natalie and Thomas!

Family Beach Session {St Augustine Photographer}

This family was my first client oh so long ago. Okay, not really that long ago, but I love that I’ve gotten to watch the kids grow up and how they’ve changed. I was so excited that they decided to spend their vacation in St Augustine Beach. We went to my favorite beach spot and got some amazing pictures! Plus, the twins had a smash cake session on the beach, but that is for another blog post 🙂

Welcome home! {Jacksonville Photographer}

I met this family late last year shortly before Mr. O deployed. While he was gone, the couple’s first little girl was born. This homecoming was the first time they had seen each other in real life and not on a computer screen! So happy he’s home! Follow the link to view the slideshow, having some trouble getting the slideshow actually on my blog. Working on it 🙂
